Le camere hanno almeno 60 metri quadri di ampiezza, con letti king size, cabina doccia, vasca da bagno, zona toilette separata, divano, tv, tavolo da pranzo, microonde. L'atrio è ampio e luminoso, e al suo interno si può godere del servizio wi-fi, computer a disposizione, bar e ristorante, dove la mattina sono servite abbondanti colazioni internazionali. La terrazza esterna è una zona d'acqua con divani, fontane e piscina esterna, mentre ai piani inferiori si trova la Spa dell'albergo, con sauna, bagno turco, palestra, centro benessere e piscina interna. Este es un hotel diferente. Un antiguo Sheraton, que pasó a la cadena Eurostars, pero conserva parte de los elementos de la antigua cadena, que le dan un valor añadido. Tiene muchos puntos fuertes: todas las habitaciones son suites, hasta las más básicas, y como mínimo tienen 60 m2. Eso hace que sean comodísimas y amplísimas. Hay una zona de entrada con doble puerta hacia el baño y hacia una zona de oficina con mesa de despacho, mesa de comedor y pequeña cocina (ahora deshabilitada). De ahí se pasa a una zona común con sofá y mesita auxiliar, y haciendo una ele a la genial cama king size. De ahí hay puerta al baño, dividido en 3 zonas (es el único hotel donde hemos visto esa división, normalmente el baño o no estaba dividido o lo estaba en 2 zonas, pero aquí tenemos la zona de lavamanos y armarios, separado de la zona de bañera y ducha (las 2 cosas) por una puerta, que a su vez da a la zona de wc con otra puerta). El efecto es muy espacioso y lujoso. Las zonas comunes son muy elegantes y preciosas también, la terraza por ejemplo es preciosa iluminada de noche. Las camas, de la antigua cadena Sheraton, son impresionantes. De esas que te quedarías en ellas toda la vida. Tiene una pequeña piscina con zona de solárium también, con un bar habilitado para la misma, y varios salones en el sótano. El desayuno es muy bueno, con gran variedad de productos y una sala muy grande y agradable. Hasta aquí los puntos fuertes. En cuanto a los puntos débiles, debo decir que el personal para atender un hotel de esta categoría y tamaño se me hizo algo escaso, así como su experiencia. Son detalles que se notan si has estado en varios hoteles de esta categoría ya. El tiempo de espera, las dudas, el trato con determinados temas, etcétera. Esto no quiere decir ni mucho menos que no sea solícito o eficiente. Solo que en un 5 estrellas uno podría esperar un "algo más" que sí se da en otros hoteles, incluso de la misma cadena en el cercano Madrid Tower. Por otro lado, la piscina es bastante pequeña y no hay demasiadas tumbonas por lo que probablemente si no vas a primera hora tengas que buscar sitio por donde puedas. La zona donde está es residencial, no hay prácticamente nada y está bastante muerta, así que para encontrar algo, mejor que vayas en coche o pidas un taxi (el bus para al lado del hotel pero tarda bastante en llegar al centro, y el metro está a 10 minutos andando a buen paso). En definitiva, un hotel con servicios de 5 estrellas, con detalles de lujo pero que quizás se nota no tan "grande" como fue.

Grâce à notre moteur de recherche préféré pour les hôtels, j'ai pu réserver une suite pour 120 euros au lieu de 550... Toutes les chambres de ce palace sont des suites.
