We were in Marseille and wanted to try the typical dish Bouillabaisse. So, where to go? I had the guidebook El País Aguilar and my brother the Lonely Planet and we found this one restaurant that was in both. So, we decided to go! We had been told that with bouillabaisse, you get what you pay for. A cheap bouillabaisse may not be exactly what you expected the dish to be like. Turns out, this site is expensive but spectacular. Bouillabaisse is a very unique dish. First they bring the soup with some toast, garlic and a kind of spiced alioli.
