Milarrochy Bay

Milarrochy Bay is a natural bay on the eastern shores of Loch Lomond. Due to the beach characteristics of the landscape and waters in this part of the lake, it is a frequent destination for locals who come here with small sailboats and canoes. The bay is sheltered from ​​the elements. It is also popular with ornithologists and those who like to observe different natural species. It is part of the route (very common for those who like to do walks) between Balmaha to Rowardennan, about 11 kilometers away. This route, when weather permits, is one of the most beautiful in the vicinity of Loch Lomond and the natural park of the Trossachs.
