O Midway Mall é o maior shopping de Natal, mais frequentado, e também o mais central, ficando no cruzamento entre duas das principais ruas da capital potiguar, as Avenidas Bernardo Vieira e Salgado Filho, com fácil acesso para quem vai de transporte coletivo, pois por lá passam ônibus de todas as regiões da cidade. Para quem vai de carro tem a vantagem de ter estacionamento gratuito. No Midway Mall são 270 lojas, distribuídas em três pisos, que vão de lojas mais populares a grandes grifes. O shopping conta com uma enorme praça de alimentação para 2000 mil pessoas, além de outros restaurantes no terceiro piso, no chamado de Espaço Gourmet. Também no último piso ficam as salas de cinema do grupo Cinemark, ao todo são sete, a livraria e o Teatro Riachuelo. O Teatro é considerado um dos maiores do Nordeste com capacidade para até 2.500 pessoas, em diversas formatações, que podem se adequar a shows, peças teatrais, convenções etc. Grandes músicos, como Chico Buarque de Holanda, já se apresentaram no teatro. A estrutura recebeu um investimento em torno de 50 milhões!! O Midway Mall conta ainda com um Hipermercado e duas agências bancárias, Banco do Brasil e Caixa Econômica.
