Michaelerplatz Excavations

Embedded between the Hofburg, the Loos House and the Church of San Miguel, this complex was planned and designed by the famous architect Hans Hollein in 1991. Relics span several levels in the strati-graphic structure. Two main roads crossed here in Roman times, which are now marked with red gravel.
