Aquí en Dénia hay mucho turismo del centro de Europa, y franceses, a los que les encantan los erizos.
En España no los suelen comer, pero como me gusta todo lo que el mar nos ofrece, aquí tengo la posibilidad de tomarlos en el centro de Dénia.
El plato y la caña salen por un módico precio.
Here in Dénia much tourism in Central Europe, and French, they love the hedgehogs. In Spain not usually eat, but as I like everything about the sea, here I have the opportunity to take them into the center of Dénia. The plate and cane out for a small fee.
