Mesón de Alberto Restaurant

Es una parada obligatoria en Lugo. Ya había estado más veces, pero volví este pasado fin de semana y como siempre. Es un lugar de toda la vida en el centro lucense que ofrece productos de primera calidad. Recomiendo especialmente los percebes, las zamburiñas o cualquier producto de la mar, pero también la ensalada de pulpo o la carne :) En el piso de abajo se encuentra la Tapería, que siempre está llena, por lo que recomiendo reservar antes. Aqui puedes tomar un menú de degustación a muy buen precio. Respecto al trato, inmejorable. Siempre está Alberto preguntando cómo está todo y atendiéndote en cualquier cosa que necesites. Cierra domingos.

It is a must in Lugo. I had been several times, but I came back this past weekend and as always. It is a lifetime in the center Lugo offering quality products. I especially recommend barnacles, scallops or any product of the sea, but also the octopus salad or meat :) On the ground floor is the Tapería, which is always full, so I would recommend booking before. No hay nada como preguntar a la gente del lugar a la hora de encontrar un buen sitio, este lo recomendó el señor del cercano museo provincial, y no nos defraudó lo más mínimo. Bonita y vanguardista decoración, buen servicio y un abundante y típico menú gallego a un precio de lo más asequible, ¡para tomar nota!

There is nothing like asking the locals when finding a good site, this I recomend the lord of the nearby provincial museum, and not defraud us ms minimum. Pretty and edgy decor, good service and an extensive menu and typical Galician at prices more affordable than to take note!

Recorriendo las callejuelas de Lugo, pasamos por la calle Cruz, repleta de opciones de restauración, al final después de valorar las distintas opciones nos decidimos por el Mesón de Albert, tenemos suerte y nos podemos sentar en una de sus mesas de la terraza(calle) no hay muchas, la única pega es que el servicio fue un poco lento… parecía que no existiera la terraza.. Nos atiende el camarero ofreciéndonos la carta. Las elecciones unas gambas a la plancha y un arroz negro con chocos. Los dos platos estaban bien. Una opción más, por 49,34€. (gambas+arroz+pan+cerveza+copa+2 cafés)

Sorpresa, nos entro como pack gastronómico al reservar habitación el el jorge I, por el precio de todo nos decidimos sin saber muy bien donde íbamos a cenar. El resultado fue incleiblemente agradable, el servicio impecable, los diferentes platos bien presentados y mejor elaborados, el precio que marcaba era de 28 euros por persona. Recomendable, así como el hotel asociado el jorge I, el cual a pesar de quedar un poco a las afueras el trato fue impecable, para repetir.
