Ideally located
We took a small map to help us find it, but it didn't prove necessary, as there are plenty of signs leading you from the train station to the hotel, so it's impossible to get lost. Its proximity to the station and the Palace of Versailles - about ten minutes walk - make it an ideal choice. As for the number of stars, I'm not really sure - one sign says 2, another 3 ... but regardless, I highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by the facade: the interior has been recently renovated, and all the rooms are totally clean. The room was just perfect - not too big, not too small, and with a super bed that I would have happily taken home with me, along with the pillows.
The bathroom has a huge shower and everything you could possibly need, without a speck of dust. There's a kettle with different types of tea and coffee, sugars, and milk. The breakfast buffet for 13 euros is great - sausages, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, many varieties of bread, ciabatta, baguette, assorted pastries, cereal, different flavours of jam, butter, fruit salad Macedonia ... and a section serving organic products such as juices, cereals, teas, and special bread. A great way to start the day with plenty of energy! I want to also highlight the politeness and friendliness of the staff. We'd come back without a moment's hesitation! There are plenty of options for food nearby - Thai, Japanese, Indian as well as the traditional local creperies.
