A beautiful beach
Situated at the tip of the A897 road between Helmsdale (on the east coast) and Thurso (on the north coast of the Scottish Highlands), Melvich Bay is a beautiful beach, you would think straight out of a tropical island (this is certainly the impression I had when arriving ^ ^) as the water is clear and the sand gorgeous! Although when we stopped to stretch our legs, the freezing water reminded us that yes, we were still in Scotland!
