Melaque Beach

San Patricio Melaque, es una población que se encuentra más o menos a 4 kilómetros de Barra de Navidad, en el municipio de Cihuatlán, en el estado de Jalisco, al occidente de México. Su playa es una de las muchas playas que ofrece el estado de Jalisco, y es un destino turístico ya bien conocido como un sitio de descanso y vacaciones para los jaliscienses desde hace ya muchos años. Melaque es excelente para practicar la natación (el mar es tranquilo) y también el bodyboarding y el skimboarding. A lo largo de toda la playa, uno puede rentar una de sus palapas para estar todo el día disfrutando sin tener que moverse del lugar. Hay que decir que además de playa, uno puede ir a buscar arte, porque Melaque se ha convertido en un oasis para varios artistas nacionales, y muchos se han quedado a vivir allí, y es donde venden sus piezas a los conocedores. No está de más mencionar, que en Melaque también se puede comer riquísimo: en especial sus mariscos y pescados (al ser un pueblo pesquero, todo está de lo más fresco) y también se pueden tomar las típicas bebidas del estado, como el tejuino, el tepache o la tuba. Delicioso.
