1 review of Tripoli's Medina

Medina of Tripoli: magic

The medina of Tripoli is a place where you can spend hours without realizing, seeing people or keeping an eye on the hundreds of posts out there and where they sell many types of things. I had been in other markets, like in Istanbul, but the medina of Tripoli has more charm in the surroundings. it is made up of small streets full of stores where you can find many items, especially craft. There are many mosques worth visiting and are always filled with people praying. The incredible thing is that vendors are not continually bothering you to buy things. They are friendly and you can take all the time in the world to look at things without pressure put you.

Yes, in addition to abiding are very friendly and hospitable and will always help in any way they can, as it is part of their customs and religion. One of the things I like about the Medina is you see the reality of the country. You see women with their veils buying all kinds of products, men drinking tea in small establishments usually have small terraces. It is a place full of atmosphere all the time where life passes. It has a magic that can not be explained.
