Meadows Road in the Sky
After 26 miles it is said you reach the top of Mount Revelstoke. The adverts say it's the only road in a national park that goes all the way to the top of a mountain but I couldn't check to see if this was true because in late July only the first 11km were open. In anycase, it is still well worth it to go on this road. The views are spectacular. But there was something I found a bit odd - if you buy a day pass for the days you want to the national parks of Canada, it is much cheaper to buy one here than in Banff Park and it serves all the parks.
