La place Max Euweplein est située à deux pas du Vondelpark, juste en face de l'embarcadère de la compagnie de bateaux de croisière Blue Boat. Le soir, c'est un endroit très animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants familiaux. Au milieu, un échiquier géant a aussi été installé pour jouer quand il fait beau et pendant les périodes des fêtes, les pièces d'échec deviennent des décorations de Noël.
Instead Euweplein Max is located close to the Vondelpark, opposite the pier company boat Blue Boat cruise. The evening is a very lively area with many bars and family restaurants there. In the middle, a giant chess board was also installed to play when it's sunny and during holiday periods, the chess pieces become Christmas decorations.
