Art and History in Tazacorte
In the neighborhood of El Charco, in the old part of Tazacorte, between landscapes of banana plantations, we find this ancestral house from the 17th Century, the Cassa Massieu Van Dalle Monteverde y Ponte.
It is interesting to notice its crenellated front and in whose carved marble lintel one can see the family’s coat of arms, with the arms of Massieu, Van Dalle, Monte Verde and Ponte. It houses numerous cultural acts.
