The bananas from Martinique, is unrivaled! This is the motto of many banana producers. Banana plantations are abundant on the island, away from the views of the road. For my part, I had never seen the banana flower before coming to Martinique, it is very huge! They are grown in different varieties, for pudding or to accompany different main meals.
