If you like more than the usual teas, such as those typically from Arab countries with mint, spices or milk, I recommend the small but cozy Lounge Marrakesh in Schönhauser Allee, almost on the corner with Trostrasse. It has very popular and interesting timetables 17.00-3.00, both to hang out during the long winter and to enjoy the outdoor tables in summer. You'll find people of all ages and backgrounds and it's one of the most multicultural places in Berlin. The waiters speak English and German and the service is very fast. Surprised if they suggest sharing a table with others and eventually you end up making friends and smoking an apple Schischa, accompanied by good/excellent Moroccan teas or maybe my favorite chai, with a little milk, just enough sugar and many spices.
