Maroubra Beach

Esta praia está a sul de Sydney e tem muita história! Quem faz surf já deve ter ouvido falar desta praia, mas não pelas melhores razões. Em tempos a zona de Maroubra foi das mais problemáticas de Sydney. O subúrbio tinha muitos toxicodependentes e as crianças só arranjavam confusão. No meio deste subúrbio destacavam-se 4 crianças, os Bra Boys, muito conhecidos pelo nível de surf que têm (acho que todos chegaram ao WCT), pelo gang que formaram ficando a praia território deles e ainda pelas tatuagens á volta do pescoço. Agora Maroubra está muito arranjada, com casas giras, relvados enormes para praticar desporto, vários barbecues e a praia espetacular! Os Bra Boys ainda lá estão, agora nos seus 30 e tal anos, mas pessoalmente nunca tive problemas com ninguém dentro de água. As ondas são ótimas, a areia branca e fina e a luz... Bem, basta ver as fotografias!

This beach is south of Sydney and has a lot of history! Who makes surfing may have heard of this beach, but not for the best reasons. Once the area was the most problematic Maroubra Sydney. The suburb had many addicts and children only arranjavam confusion. Amid this suburb stood out 4 children, Bra Boys, well known for surfing level they have (I think we all reached the WCT), the gang that formed the beach getting their territory and even the back of the neck tattoos will. Now Maroubra is very arranged, with tours houses, huge lawns for sports, several barbecues and spectacular beach! The Bra Boys are still there, now in their 30 plus years, but I personally never had problems with anyone in the water. The waves are great, the white sand and the light ... A 35 min de bus du centre de Sydney, Maroubra Beach est une très agréable plage, beaucoup moins touristique que les autres plages (comme par exemple la célèbre Bondi beach), très naturelle. Plage de surf. Plage connue aussi pour son gang de surfeurs : Les Bra boys (en bref, ils ont la priorité sur la vague...). De nombreux barbecues à proximité (penser à les réserver et donc venir tôt les week-ends ou pendant les vacances car les familles sont nombreuses à s'y réunir). Quartier très résidentiel autour, très belles maison. Si vous êtes en van, très bel endroit pour se poser et éviter les "inconvénients" de la grande ville. Régulièrement vous avez des bus vers Sydney City.

A 35-minute bus ride from the center of Sydney, Maroubra Beach is a lovely beach, much less touristy than the other beaches (for example the famous Bondi beach), very natural. Surf beach. Beach also known for its gang of surfers: The Bra boys (in short, they have priority over the wave ...). Many barbecues nearby (think the book so come early on weekends or during the holidays as families are likely to meet there). Residential district around, very nice home. If you're in a van, very nice place to sit and avoid the "inconvenience" of the big city. Regularly you have buses to Sydney City.
