A wonderful experience
After a cloudy day trip through the Scottish Highlands, we crossed the North Sea by ferry to the island of Skye, one of the cradles of Celtic culture. We were lucky enough to enjoy one of the few sunny days of the year, and it was like a druidic dream: a place where time seems to stand still, with nature's beauty untouched by man. Staying at the Marmalade Hotel, we enjoyed some Scottish beer while admiring the sun over the snowy mountains and the sleeping ships in the harbour. We truly felt like we were walking through the mists of Avalon.
