Market of Supplies or Abastos Square

The Food Market or Abastos Praza Ribadeo, is located very close to the historic city center. It is not too old, but it was constructed back in 1935 by the architect Ramiro Asturian Saiz. The work was partly fnded by Don Ramón González Fernández, who was the owner of the land where it was to put this building and helped by donating a lot of money to assist in the social and cultural development of Ribadeo.
