Indian Buzz
When we got to the city we couldn't move as the streets were so crowded. I had already been in India for over three months and had seen everything, but there was a congregation of Muslim pilgrims and that was a real buzzing hive. The downside is that we could not have stood out more more: A European man and a Japanese lady with backpacks and a video camera is the perfect bait for thousands of crooks and criminals, and under the advice of the police, we decided to enjoy ourselves and stop worrying. That did not take away from our enjoyment of this city which was undoubtedly one of the most thrilling I visited and where I saw some of the best festivals during my time in India .....
You can get here by bus from various points in Rajasthan. It is a major city in the region and is well connected. Its frenetic pace will leave you shaking ..
