Amazing market
The city of Tehuacan, Puebla is a place where there has been a market for many years. For years vendors from different places such as Veracruz, Oaxaca, Estado de México or from the Sierra, so there's a variety of products, especially food. I wanted to go here to try the city's cuisine and to witness the variety of flavors and colors that are grown, made and sold in this country... Although my sample is from the city of Tehuacan Puebla state. I'd say that most of these photographs were taken in the largest market in the city, called LA PURISIMA which starts on Friday, the day they arrive and on Saturdays the market is glorious with many curious people during the day.
I'd go in the evening or at night, to do the weekly shopping. You can see a lot of movement all day, this market is by the bus terminal, AU line. I suggest going on foot because the traffic is chaotic... On Sunday the market has few sellers and during the week it's quiet, with several stalls but few in comparison of the weekend.
