A good restaurant with a lovely terrace
A very comfortable restaurant very close to the cathedral of Bruges. It's expensive, but worth taking a look and enjoying a meal with plates of the highest quality. It is at the confluence of Mary and Gruuthuse streets, about 3 blocks from Steenstraat, leading to the main square. To find it more easily, it has many red awnings and the outside is pastel yellow. What stands out most is its terrace. If you are lucky on a good day you will have a nice meal. The inside is also quite well and also has lounge. It has been recently renovated, and very clean. As for the service, incredible, all the waiters very nice, always with a smile on their mouth and willing to assist you in the best way possible.
Meat is awesome. Huge pieces made to your liking, here accompanied by the typical chips and salad. In some types are accompanying a cup of sauce. Fish such as salmon is very good and they do Freso and varied forms, such as shrimp also highlighted here. Some are "grilled" and all. They have different types of salads, soups and purees, tortillas ... A varied menu. The same goes for the menus, which are also quite expensive, but they have enough to choose from and very good quality, not the simple menu that occur in many other restaurants. The downside is that it does not include the bread and drink I find that either. Drinking, the wine list here has quite a reputation, although I did not try, and also have a variety of beers in the country. Prices, to give you an idea: Basic menu: mixed salad 29.50 euros: 7.50 euros Tortillas: Between 10 and 16 euros, as they are Sirloin: 20 euros approx. Some go by weight I think. As the fish. It really is highly recommended, even if it is true that it is expensive, but worth it. The value, price, service and location is perfect.
