The Mare Nostrum restaurant specialized in Mediterranean style cuisine and was one of the 9 themed restaurants in the Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, which specifically belongs to the Grand Palladium Kantenah. Like the rest of the a la carte restaurants of the complex, its service was only for dinner and opening hours are 17.30 to 22.30. The process was the same as that of the other a la carte or themed restaurants: The first course was based on the salad bar or else you could choose from 3 soups or creams, while main courses and desserts were the only dishes that elegies. I must point out that this restaurant, after the Punta Emilia, was the one I liked, since the salad buffet was varied (from melon prosciutto, carpaccio of salmon, to cous-cous) - delicious! The truth is that we played the advantage as we met couples who advised us to order tenderloin steak with pepper accompanied by vegetables or pork breaded with peppers over spaghetti and accompanied by rich vegetables! Really the best choices of the a la carte.
