A former fishing village, Mallaig retains the traditional charm of small Scottish coastal towns. If you look closely, you might spot the seals in the harbor (they are best seen in the dark!). At the village station, you can take the famous train from the Harry Potter stories, the "Hogwarts Express", which passes through breathtaking scenery.
