The best mojito in Puerto Rico
Amazing Restaurant opened 4 years ago, its owner Miguel decided to leave his trade as a carpenter and be adventurous with his child to construct this excellent place in Anasco . I spent a few nice days at Ricon Beach Resort with the objective of getting to know the area of Puerto Rico, from Rincon to Cabo Rojo, arriving at the hotel and just 1 km. away I found the poster Mahi Mahi Restaurant, which I had seen before in a magazine or guide, and had to go. I continued my trip from San Juan and got to the hotel after 2 hours driving, I checked in and went to my room, looked out from the balcony at the incredible ocean, I started reading one of the many magazines and was caught by surprise! I came across an article on the Mahi Mahi, a twist of fate, and I had wanted to find a good Mojito (no easy task), and as something fallen from heaven read "Mahi Mahi, the best Mojito in Puerto Rico" or so it was awarded by Bacardi in 2011 as best Mojito of the island.
