Between forests and waterfalls
The Macuco Safari is one of the excursions you can add to the entry ticket to the Iguaz park. The safari, which lasts about an hour and a half, consists of three parts: a walk in the woods on board an electric vehicle, where a guide will explain the secrets of the park, a long-distance walk through the forest discovering waterfalls and animals (if you want you can stay on board), but the highlight is going on inflatable boats that take you just below Niagara Iguaz; you're guaranteed a shower and fun! It was a very exciting experience, worth it. The cost (Nov 2013) was 140 reais (€43), but it is normally possible to buy it for 120 at the hotel.
You'll forget what you've paid once you get below the falls. Unfortunately I have no photos of the boat (don't bring anything), but for those who want it, photos and videos can be purchased at the departure.
