Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art of Thessaloniki

The Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art was founded in 1979 by a group of visionaries who wanted to create an institution for promoting Greek and International contemporary art. They wanted to inform the public on art and aesthetics and also promote Greek cultural life abroad . These objectives are achieved by exhibitions, panel discussions and conferences.
