Two Words: Bacon Bleu
First, I have to admit that whenever I go to Lucky Devils it makes me sad to see my favorite childhood burger, the Roquefort, is no longer on the menu. Now I was in Fosters, but in Hollywood yes. In fact we were right on Hollywood Boulevard and we decided to check out this restaurant that seemed to look nice. Upon opening the menu, we saw that for just 3 more dollars you could upgrade any burger to Kobe beef. The waiter recommended the Blue Bacon so, of course, I ordered one. It had: gruyere, blue cheese, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, arugula and a hint of aioli; all of this on top of an exquisite perfectly cooked kobe patty (done on the outside and red on the inside, as I like).
