Frequented by Kafka and Einstein
In Prague you can't move for cafes, and this was the best I found, recommended by all the city's guides. It's easy to find, on Narodni street close to the famous National Theatre. You can go upstairs to the cafe-restaurant or downstairs to the Rock Cafe, equipped as a lounge with billiards. In our case, we wanted to try the cafe, as that had been recommended to us. It was a great success - no wonder it was popular with two geniuses like Einstein and Kafka.
It still retains all the splendour of the year 1902, and has an extensive menu with different coffees, drinks, beer, etc ... as well as a restaurant, with a wide selection of appetizers, salads, soups, meats and of course, the desserts that have made it famous.
