Louvre Abu Dhabi

El Museo del Louvre de Abu Dhabi va a ser una de las galerías de arte del mundo de primer nivel. La nueva galería ha negociado un acuerdo con el Museo del Louvre en París para adoptar el nombre, prestar obras de arte y exposiciones de la de París. El Louvre de Abu Dhabi tendrá 24.200 m² de complejo cubierto por un techo de paraguas, una especie de seta gigante (o algo parecido). El edificio, que ha sido diseñado por el francés Jean Nouvel, se plantea como un museo universal, incluyendo el arte de todas las épocas y regiones, y como no, destacando el arte islámico. Diseñado como una estructura de cúpula que parece flotar, el concepto de Nouvel se ha descrito como una hazaña de ingeniería . Permite que el sol pueda filtrarse a través de las paredes, recordándonos los rayos solares pasando a través de hojas de una palma datilera en el oasis. El Louvre de Abu Dhabi tendrá 6.000 metros cuadrados de galerías dedicadas a exposiciones permanentes y 2.000 m² para exposiciones temporales. Las galerías se abrirán al público en fases sucesivas. En la década siguiente, Abu Dhabi también espera invertir mucho dinero para tener su propia colección y la Agencia de Museos de Francia (del Louvre) desempeñará un papel consultivo. Une visite immanquable.. Un projet fou devenu realité. Le musée vient tout juste d'ouvrir ces portes en novembre 2017. Nous avons visité ce joyau d'architecture durant une matinée. Pour les œuvres, il ne faut pas s'attendre a la même quantité qu'au vrai musée Louvre de Paris mais il y a déjà de quoi faire. An unmissable visit .. A crazy project become reality. The museum has just opened these doors in November 2017. We visited this jewel of architecture during a morning. For the works, do not expect the same amount as the real Louvre museum in Paris but there is enough to do.
