Loughborough Town Hall

The village hall is in the historic center, on a main street where the commercial area used to be. The local mobile market offers its products 3 days a week and this hasn't changed much over time. In this case the council is much more than a mere bureaucratic building. It's also the main theater in town, a place for various events like painting, the local tourism office and probably several other things that I do not remember now. Many locals and visitors visit this building. The workers there are attentive (sometimes more than necessary because the lady who is usually there is overeager to explain everything.
