Los Frades Trinos Garden

These gardens opened in 2003 and are at the end of Rua da Trindade and is the only green area in the historical district of Miranda. They are pleasant gardens surrounded by the town walls. There are various colorful flower beds, several water jets that sprout from the ground at different rates, a café with terrace, a fountain-pond and a playground. It's so named as it was the garden of the Convent of the Trinitarians, whose church is next door and is now the Municipal Library.
