Exotic and creative
L'Orénoc is a restaurant that is named after a river in Venezuela which has 2,000 streams. It serves French food with an exotic and creative flair and is part of the Meridien Etoile hotel, next door is another great hotel and a conference center. At noon it's filled with businessmen and at night with neighborhood workers. The decor is warm, with wood from Asia and Africa, dim light and dark tones. It's not cheap, especially the 29 euro breakfast, lunch costs 30-45 with a menu, a little closer to the a la carte. You can choose the kind of food you want, by theme, such as "healthy", "crispy" or "fresh".
