Lombok Giant Mahogany Trees

Lungo la strada che costeggia la costa est dell'isola di Lombok esiste un sito naturalistico molto particolare. In questo piccolo appezzamento di terra, prosperano un gran numero di mogani giganti presenti solo in questa parte dell'isola. Dal tronco enorme e con la chioma che sembra toccare il cielo, i mogani formano una specie di boschetto visitabile accendendovi dalla strada. Nessuno li custodisce, ma tutti rispettano questi immensi alberi dall'età indefinita.

Along the road that runs along the east coast of the island of Lombok there is a natural site very special. In this small plot of land, a large number of mahogany trees thrive giants found only in this part of the island. From the huge trunk and the crown that seems to touch the sky, forming a kind of mahogany grove visited igniting the road. No one holds, but everyone respects these huge trees indefinite age.
