Underground access route
The Lincoln Tunnel is one of the few access routes underground beneath the Hudson River. Links the Jersey cities with New York. It has three mouths with 2 lanes each and is light and airy, but the paranoia of getting stuck in it is substantial (which happens quite often during peak hours) especially when you realise you are traveling under tons of water. Because it is a relatively easy target, is constantly monitored by security cameras and a simple change of lanes without justifiable reason may mean you are stopped by the police at the exit of the tunnel.
