The center is the beginning of the visit of the Airbus complex. It offers free parking and and waiting rooms at reception. It also has a souvenir shop. Reservations can be made on the website I've attached. I recommend spending a full day for the whole visit, touring the facility is something you shouldn't spend long doing while visiting Toulouse.
