Lenos & Carbon is a Colombian restaurant chain with four restaurants in Panama City. The one I visited is located in Isla Flamenco in the Amador Causeway, one of the most chic areas of the city. The restaurant is quite large and has a terrace area, from where spectacular views of the yacht marina and the entire skyline of the capital, directly opposite, can be enjoyed. It is decorated in a rustic style with exposed brick walls, wooden beams and curious lamps with copper pots and pans. The restaurant Lenos & Carbon specializes in grilled cuisine and you can watch how they cook on the grill that is in the dining room itself.
