There's no shortage of good restaurants in Perpignan, but I'd suggest trying Al Très on Rue de la Poissonnerie in the historic center of town. Aside from offering daily menus with local specialties, they also serve a range of a la carte dishes from Spain and France, so there's something for everyone. The dishes range from €14.00 to €60.00, which is reasonable for the city.
