Le Relais Bernard Loiseau Restaurant
The widow of famed chef Bernard Loiseau, who ended his life in 2003, Dominique Loiseau, has managed to breathe life back into the spirit of the restaurant through a creative transformation. On the menu there are some classic dishes, the rest is all new. Patrick Bertron features standard French cuisine without many turns, faithful to his master, based on exclusive products and the flavors of Burgundy, such as the legendary Bresse chicken steamed "Alexandre Dumaine" or croquette of pig's feet, jellied bacon with spinach puree and fried leeks, caramelized cauliflower cream soup, among many other dishes.
