This is a gourmet restaurant, located on the Place du Casino. You can't miss it, a remarkable building with spectacular lights once night falls. The restaurant setting is exceptional, although very busy: the candlesticks, tables, and rich décor left us speechless. The service is impeccable, as you'd expect from a restaurant of this calibre. The dishes were spectacular, a perfect sequence without a single false note. The flavours are well-balanced and everything seems perfectly orchestrated. Alain Ducasse built this luxurious restaurant which invites you to taste wonderful haute cuisine in an atmosphere that evokes royalty's best times. Two appetizers that steal the heart and reflect the passion for the landscape and its customs are the ravioli stuffed with herbs and lime confit, and the lush crudités with herb sauce and Parmesan. Also notable are the exquisite lettuce and watercress soup with green ravioli, and the gnocchi with ricotta and small vegetables.
