White river

Famous in particular for the river that forms the Gullfoss waterfall, and for being a great rafting the river comes from Hvítá Hvitarvatn large lake formed by meltwater from the glacier Langjökull, Iceland glacier third. The town of Selfoss to the glacier route 35 which turns on the track after the fall of Gullfoss along more or less regularly the river from its source to its mouth. Often a bubbling river, sometimes raging, from milky white to turquoise blue, which makes its green basin at Geysir þorláshöfn.
