Le Chalet de Gruyéres

The cafe at Chalet de Gruyeres is in a typical Swiss mansion that was built of wood and covered with flowers. A little further down, the same cafe has a terrace at the foot of Gruyeres Castle. They say it's the most typical café-restaurant that this town has to offer. In fact, the servers were very kind, and they work dressed in traditional costumes. The desserts are delicious, and of course the raclette and fondues are great.
