This restaurant, specializing in Basque cuisine, can be found within the Basque Centre of Buenos Aires. The chef, Myriam Lazarte, is fantastic, and the food is superb. Seafood, stuffed peppers, garlic prawns, frogs, octopus, crab ... amazing!!! Among the desserts are custard, Basque cake, and chocolate marquise. You can also see a shoot of the celebrated Guernica tree, protected by a glass partition, and with ventilation to keep it alive. You can park at 1145 Belgrano Avenue. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 0.30 pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm.
