Bodega Las Mercedes

La Bodega Las Mercedes is a small, cozy restaurant near the Paseo de Zorrilla (Valladolid's main street) and the bullring. They offer a wide variety of food, which varies from day to day: stuffed eggs, prawns, dumplings, pig's snout, mushrooms, razor clams, squid, trotters, potatoes, eggs with bechamel, chanterelles, tripe, chorizo, grilled prawns, anchovies, sardines, croquetas, pork rinds, cheese toasts ... all accompanied by the great service from Antonio, the owner, that ensures people come back again and again. The atmosphere is friendly - everyone seems to know each other, and it's very jovial inside.
