Lake Tekapo Nova Zelândia

El lago tekapo es una de las principales atracciones de la región de Canterbury, en la mitad de la isla sur. Este sendero lo descubrimos por casualidad y es un agradable recorrido a lo largo de monte John, donde se situa un enorme observatorio de estrellas. En el recorrido, de unas 3 horas, se sube por las laderas del monte, plagadas de conejos correteando y vamos viendo además del propio lago, infinidad de montañas nevadas, que juguetean en la distancia con las nubes. A lo largo del trayecto, hay infinidad de bancos donde reposar y contemplar el hermoso paisaje.

Lake Tekapo is one of the main attractions of the region of Canterbury, in the middle of the South Island. This path we discovered by chance and is a nice drive along Mount John, where a huge star observatory is located. In the course of 3 hours, climbs the slopes of the mountain, plagued by rabbits running around and we are seeing besides the private lake, countless snowy mountains, frolicking in the distance with clouds. Along the way, there are plenty of benches to sit and contemplate the beautiful scenery.
