Laguardia Carillon

Inside the main square of this beautiful Alava village is where you'll find the Old Town Hall with the shield of the Emperor Charles V, as well as the new city hall. The latter has the town's shield and a chime clock, that, since 1998 at certain times of the day, has two little automated people who come out and dance to typical festival songs. I don't remember at what time of day this happens, but thanks to the picture I took, I know it definitely happened at 8 p.m.!
