La Tonnara Beach

Most people who go to the south of Corsica spend their time on the beaches near Porto Vecchio. But there are so many wonderful alternatives in the area of Bonifacio, which have the advantage of being less well-known and therefore not as busy. Here you can find a real oasis of tranquility, even in high season. This beach is located 10km from Bonifacio to the west, along the road 196. It can be reached by a dirt road that leads to a parking lot. On site there is just one bar/restaurant, and umbrellas and sunbeds can be hired. We arrived in the morning, and nobody was there - just us, some gulls and the owner of the restaurant.
