José Luis, one of the most famous chefs in Valladolid, has designed two rooms for the restaurant, one with his signature tapas bar, and the other a dining room where you can sit down to more traditional Castilian dishes, and all washed down with a wine from a selection valued at more than € 300,000. We tried the marinated anchovies with tomato confit and baked scallops tapas, and they were delicious.
