La Taberna De Moncloa

In my 5 years in Madrid, I haven't found a better place for tostas. What the food lacks in presentation it more than makes up for in taste. Also, you can't beat the price. I highly recommend the tosta especial, and the boquerones con pimiento. Although, you can't go wrong with anything that includes melted Brie and caramelized onions.
