Visiting the Central Market of San Jose is an experience - so much so that you'll probably need a guide to navigate its labyrinthine of corridors. It's there where you'll find La Sorbetera de Lolo Mora, a traditional sorbet stand whose famous recipe has remained unchanged for over a century. The sorbet has a unique vanilla and cinnamon flavor and is unusual for not containing any water. Absolutely delicious.
